Delivery and Returns
Overseas orders are subject to delivery charges and these charges should be obtained from Eagle-Eyed Collections before placing your order.
If the requested items are in stock at the time of order we endeavour to dispatch within 2-3 days. However certain items might have a longer dispatch time, which is always stated in a product description.
Express Delivery items are normally dispatched within 24 hours after order has been placed. Once you place an order and have received a confirmation email from us this does not institute a legal binding contract. Only when goods are dispatched and you receive an email confirming dispatch this then becomes an acceptance of your order.
Please note Eagle-Eyed Collections reserves the right to refuse an order once an order has been placed and shall refund moneys paid. If we believe a customer has purchased a product(s) from our website at the incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel that order and to correct the price on this site. Once the price has been corrected you may then re-place your order.
Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched. If the postcode or any part of the address is entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may occur.
A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery has been made for Express Delivery, Standard Delivery and International Delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you, or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the goods and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order or paid for the goods. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that delivery has been attempted with details of how to arrange a re-delivery or to collect from a local depot if you prefer.
Our Standard Delivery charge is £4.95 per order (min weight 370g) on all orders to all mainland UK addresses. Areas outside the UK will be charged at a different cost. Please contact us for further details. HERMES, Home Delivery Network Limited (HDNL), and Royal Mail will deliver goods on behalf of Eagle-Eyed Collections.
All orders must be prepaid in GB Pound by either PayPal, Cheques or Postal orders, made payable to Eagle-Eyed Collections

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit Card Company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.
RETURNS POLICY/REFUNDSOur refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return an item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, unworn, and all labels intact within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that footware is non refundbale once worn.
Always include the Delivery Note with your return items stating your exchange or refund request. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund your items without the Delivery Note. Should this be misplaced, please include a note in the package with your full name, address and order number and a reason for not including the delivery note. Exchange or refund requests may be delayed if the paperwork is not received with the returned items. Once we have received your returned item/s it will be refunded or exchanged for a different size or colour as requested on the delivery note. All refunds shall be processed within 14 working days.
REFUSAL OF REFUND OR EXCHANGE REQUESTS
Certain items are non-refundable. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant, as we are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been worn or damaged or if it has a mark or scent on it. Should your exchange request item not be available, you will be refunded.

Damages must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by e-mail, quoting your order number, name and address, description of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund or a credit to purchase alternative items.
Please note that Postage is non refundable and where goods have been purchased, where the shipping is free the refund shall be less the postage cost.
